A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for Lory Bill Germa, a 69-year-old convicted murderer who escaped from Quebec’s Archambault Institution late last night.

Police believe Germa, who was serving time for a 1992 murder, may now be somewhere in Southwestern Ontario, with specific alerts issued for the South Bruce, Hanover, and Grey-Bruce regions.

Germa is Métis, stands 5’8”, weighs 165 lbs, and is bald with brown eyes. He has multiple tattoos including:
• A sword
• The name “Carol”
• A flying skull
• Seahorses, dragons, clouds, lightning bolts, and the Grim Reaper

He also has a scar on his left eyebrow.

The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is actively collaborating with the Sûreté du Québec to locate the fugitive. Officials are urging the public to stay away and call 911 immediately if Germa is spotted.

This escape has sparked a high-alert situation across provincial lines, and authorities are treating the manhunt as urgent and dangerous.
